When there is nowhere to turn to

You get desperate. Like the comments on this blog post.

I just don’t understand. Were these people just acting dumb or have they have been driven to this pitiable state of delusion by the poor, if not nearly non existent customer support meted out to BSNL subscribers?

Maybe BSNL should consider employing bloggers to boost their service.
